Coming up at Fork

Fork Church is happy to announce that the Rev. Nanette Woodworth has been appointed as part-time Interim Priest in Charge, beginning October 1. She will be working 20 hours per week. Her contract is for one year, although it may be extended if necessary, or shortened by mutual agreement if a permanent priest is selected before then. Her first Sunday at Fork Church will be October 4.

She most recently served at Grace Church, Yorktown, and St. John’s Tappahannock.

Events coming up:

October 4: Blessing of the Animals: Outdoor service with Rev. Nanette Woodworth officiating.

October 11: Special coffee hour to welcome Nanette.

October 18: Ministries and Activities Fair, an opportunity to learn more about Fork’s ministries and sign up to participate.

October 25: Octoberfest with a special coffee hour. The children will dress up in their Halloween costumes and we will have some special treats for them.

November 1: Stewardship Luncheon

November 11: Eucharist for our Patronal Feast, which is the final event for our 300th anniversary celebration.
